Crystal Bistro Glasses with Lens Design

I have bought several sets of glasses, but more recently had reported that some glasses had clouded in the dishwasher. Despite it not being considered necessary, these were replaced free of charge.

It is most unusual to receive customer service like this and has certainly guaranteed more business.

Theses glasses look beautiful but feel thin and flimsy. Expected a heavier glass.
