We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you would like to exchange or return your order, please send it back with its packaging within 30 days.

For orders placed in November and December, we accept returns within 60 days of purchase.

If there has been an error or problem with your order, we will issue you with a USPS label free of charge. Please contact us at info@thevintagelist.co.uk to organise this.

If no error has been made with your order, we are not liable for the cost of shipping to you, returning, or any taxes relating to your shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement. Please contact us at info@thevintagelist.co.uk to organise this.

Returning Your Order

Please return your order in its original packaging to the address on the packing slip. It is important that you enclose the packing slip or a note with your order number, so that we are able to identify your order.

It may take up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. Exchanges are processed immediately and you should receive your replacement within 7 working days, as long as the item is in stock.
