Please return your order in its original packaging to the address on the packing slip. It is important that you enclose the packing slip with your order.

If an error has been made with your order, please contact us, and we will issue you with a courier label.

For international orders, if no error has been made with your order, we are not liable for the cost of shipping to you, returning, or any taxes relating to your shipment.

US orders may be returned to our US fulfilment centre. Please contact us about this and we will issue you with a label for UPS Ground.

If your order arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement. Please contact us to organise this.

It may take up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. Exchanges are processed immediately and you should receive your replacement within 7 working days, as long as the item is in stock.
