Three mocktails served in vintage style glassware

Whether you're fully committed to Sober October or just looking to try something new, we've got three mocktail recipes sure to inspire! These alcohol-free drinks are ideal for an evening treat at home or for impressing guests at your next gathering. Each of these mocktails are perfectly served in our glassware, adding that vintage touch to your drinks. Cheers to Sober October and to enjoying your favourite drinks in style!

GRAPEFRUIT SPRITZ

This refreshing drink is best enjoyed in our highball glass. Simple, but oh-so-good! Feel free to swap the grapefruit for any citrus fruit you have on hand at home for a personalised twist.


Serves one. 

50ml grapefruit juice

10ml sugar syrup

Sparkling water or soda water 

Garnish: grapefruit and rosemary
  1. Pour the grapefruit juice and sugar syrup into your Crystal Highball Glass. 
  2. Add ice to the glass before topping up with soda or sparkling water.
  3. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a rosemary sprig. 
  4. It's as simple as that - your Grapefruit Spritz is ready to be sipped!

GINGER SOUR

We love Mother Root! It’s delicious with just soda water, but if you're looking to elevate your drink, try this refreshing Ginger Sour, perfectly served in our whisky glass.


Serves one. 

50ml Mother Root Ginger Switchel

25ml lime juice

10ml sugar syrup

Egg white 

Garnish: lime wheel
  1. In a shaker, add Mother Root's Ginger Switchel, lime juice, sugar syrup, and one egg white. Dry shake before adding ice and shake again until ice cold.
  2. Add ice to your Crystal Whisky Glass and pour in the drink. 
  3. Feel free to garnish with a lime wheel or keep it as it is. 
  4. Voila - a Ginger Sour coming up!

BASIL SMASH

If you haven't tried a Basil Smash, now is the time! Perfectly served in our cocktail glass, simply replace the gin with your favourite non-alcoholic alternative - there are plenty of great options available. 


Serves one. 

50ml non-alcoholic gin

Basil

25ml lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

 

Garnish: basil
  1. Add your choice of non-alcoholic gin (check out Pentire and Everleaf), lemon juice, sugar syrup and basil to your shaker. Dry shake before adding ice and shake again until ice cold.
  2. Pour the drink into your Crystal Cocktail Glass. Top tip: put your glass in the freezer an hour before serving for an even colder mocktail. 
  3. Garnish with a basil leaf. 
  4. There you have it - a delicious Basil Smash!
