I spoke to an extremely helpful person ( Juliana) at Customer Services regarding a star glass which had gone cloudy. The glass was immediately replaced without any quibble and arrived a couple of days later. Outstanding service! Thank you.

These glasses are stunning! Incredibly well packaged, everything arrived in perfect condition. They look wonderful with my properly-antique glassware, but also look modern when I use them on their own. And - sized well, not too tiny that you only get a few sips before needing a refill. The glasses I received were beautiful, vintage design with a modern twist with the stars (and being dishwasher safe). One was scratched sadly yet the customer service team shipped a replacement to me within days. Exceptional on all levels.
